This Privacy Policy governs Sinuous mobile’s collection and use of your personal information. By using the Sinuous Services (see Terms and Services) you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.

 

Accounts

If you create an Account, we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address (“PII”). If you create an Account, we may also collect your zip code and other information that is not considered PII because it cannot be used by itself to identify you.

User Behavior

Our web sites and (mobile) applications record certain information about how the web site(s) and (mobile) applications are being used. The recorded information, also called user behavior, includes but is not limited to the following interactions: pages visited, in which order, what the user clicked on, which app screens and the order of the app screens, which functionality was used, server response times, operating system and browser information.

Application Logs

(Mobile) applications may write application logs (log files) on a users computer or device. These logs contain information on how a user uses the application, additional details (incl network communication) and parameters of features and functions included in the application.

Account information is collected and used to provide services, like identifying users of the Sinuous Services and enforcing authorization to Sinuous Services, Content, Mobile Applications.
User Behavior is used to optimize the user experience in future releases as well as to identifying future product features.
Account information and application logs may be used to provide support to the user, for example in case of program malfunctions.

Disclosures

On rare occasions, Sinuous mobile may be required to disclose your personal information due to legal or regulatory requirements. In such instances, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required in order to comply with Sinuous mobile’s legal obligations, including, but not limited to, complying with court orders, warrants, subpoenas, service of process requirements, or discovery requests.
